Managing to Lead
Managing to Lead – a day for new and experienced managers to transform their performance by looking at leadership in a new light.
There are still a couple of free spaces available on the next leadership training day, on Thursday 24 February, for staff from local charities and voluntary organisations in Surrey.
Here, below, is some of the positive feedback that we received from professionals following the Managing to Lead training day last October, which was attended by managers from organisations that included Cherry Trees, The Grange, Reconnections Guildford and Waverley, Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity, Action for Carers Surrey, Surrey Care Trust, Surrey Minority Ethnic Forum and The Matrix Trust.
“Fantastic! Excellent delivery – clear, fun and energetic. Really enjoyed every aspect of the day. Great venue and refreshments.”
“Very engaging. Helped with practical aspects of my role.”
“Empowering and enlightening!”
“Really enjoyed the course. Time flew by and would recommend 100%.”
“I really enjoyed the realistic examples used to demonstrate the strategies. And also the clear concise explanation of the strategies.”
To express an interest in attending this rerun of Managing to Lead please email Ingrid – email@example.com – stating your name, the organisation that you work for and your role.
