Vegetable Preparation Volunteer

Lingfield & Dormansland Meals on Wheels are looking for a Vegetable Preparation Volunteer to work as part of a team in the kitchen at the Community Centre in Lingfield.

Lingfield & Dormansland Meals on Wheels is an independent Meals on Wheels service with charitable status and it is run entirely by volunteers.

Their team of 150 dedicated cooks and deliverers provide healthy and nutritious meals to housebound residents of Lingfield, Dormansland, Felcourt and Crowhurst every week of the year, Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, they run a Fish & Chip service, delivering freshly prepared meals from the local Fish & Chip shop in Lingfield.

They are looking for someone to help prep the veggies for 2 hours every other Sunday.

They are also looking for a Fish & Chip deliverer on a Friday, once a month.
