Grounds Maintenance Operative

Transform Housing & Support provide services to almost 1,000 clients across Surrey and the surrounding areas. They give clients a safe and secure home but they also support them to build up their skills and confidence, so they can eventually move on and live independently.

Transform are looking to recruit a Grounds Maintenance Operative. The successful candidate – who will be a keen and experienced gardener – will be responsible for ensuring the grounds at Transform’s properties are safe, attractive and welcoming for clients, colleagues and visitors.

The outside environment has a significant positive impact on clients’ wellbeing and development so this Grounds Maintenance Operative position plays a key role in supporting Transform’s clients to turn their lives around.
