Have you ever thought about becoming a Support Worker?
Being a Support Worker is a bit like being a life coach. The Grange are looking for friendly, patient people to train as Support Workers. The aim is to help adults with disabilities live as independently as possible and to have a choice in life. You will work 1-2-1 with people and get to know their needs. You might find yourself helping with dinner, helping them make a shopping list or supporting them on a trip out or to a medical appointment. These are some of the everyday things in life that people at The Grange need support with, to lead an independent and fulfilling life.
The Grange are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a ‘can do’ approach. Full time and flexible part-time, weekend and evening roles are also available. Full training will be provided.
