Digital exclusion is a health inequality that disproportionately impacts people who are disabled, people with a long-term health condition, carers, people of older age and people from minoritized backgrounds. Digital exclusion is also a major contributor to loneliness and social isolation.
The purpose of this role is to recruit, train, support and coordinate a team of Volunteer Tech Angels to assist residents in becoming digitally connected to reduce loneliness and isolation.
