Are you passionate about employment for young people with special educational needs?
Do you want to make a difference to someone’s life?
Do you think you could help people to reach their full potential?
Surrey Choices are recruiting a Supported Internship Lead. Supported Internships are a structured, work-based study programme for 16 to 24-year-olds with SEND, who have an education, health and care plan (EHCP). The core aim of a Supported Internship study programme is a substantial work placement, facilitated by the support of an expert job coach.
Surrey Choices are looking for a motivated individual who can bring together all stakeholders (including employers, job coaches, schools, colleges, young people and their families) to collaborate in order to achieve the best possible employment outcomes for the young people we support and grow the offer of Supported Internships in Surrey.
